If you have 3–4 years of experience in bulk hiring for sales roles and managing end-to-end recruitment, this role will give you the chance to build and scale teams in a fast-growing EdTech environment.
📍 Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru (On-site)
💼 Experience: 3–4 Years
💰 Compensation: Fixed CTC – 7 LPA + Performance Based Incentives
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (full-cycle recruiting) – from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive bulk hiring for sales roles, ensuring quick turnaround and quality hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Screen, assess, and conduct structured interviews to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–4 years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment
- Strong experience in Bulk Sales Hiring
- Expertise in sourcing, screening & stakeholder management
- Experience hiring in EdTech / startup / high-growth companies
- Ability to build strong talent pipelines
