THE ROLE
Do you spend time not just scrolling through Instagram, but actually paying attention to how a brand lives, breathes, and communicates on social media? Are you inspired to create beauty in the digital world and have a direct impact on clients' brands and businesses? Do you curate your own feed with precision, obsessively track the latest platform features and creative formats, and genuinely love the craft of building a brand online? Then we want you.
This is a senior-level role — you will not just be scheduling content, you will be shaping how these brands show up online. You think editorially, understand the nuance between platforms, and can translate a brand's DNA into content that resonates. You are as comfortable in Canva as you are in a strategy doc, and your creative instincts are matched by your attention to detail and ability to deliver.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, owning communication, timelines, and delivery end-to-end
- Own social media strategy and content planning across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest for multiple clients
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned to brand strategy, campaign moments, and platform trends
- Write captions with a strong editorial voice — witty, polished, and always on-brand
- Brief and direct creative teams (photographers, videographers, UGC creators) to ensure content meets the standard
- Create and adapt assets in Canva for stories, reels covers, carousels, and campaign graphics
- Manage content scheduling, posting, and real-time engagement across platforms
- Analyse performance data monthly and deliver clear, actionable insights to clients and internal leads
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively bring new ideas to the table
- Collaborate with the influencer relations team on amplification and co-created content
- Attend (virtually) client calls and contribute to quarterly strategy reviews
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of social media management experience, with a portfolio demonstrating luxury or premium brand work
- Platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — you understand the algorithm, the culture, and the creative requirements of each
- Strong copywriting skills with a sharp instinct for voice and tone across different brand identities
- Confident in Canva with a genuine eye for design — you can produce polished, on-brand visuals independently
- Experience briefing and directing creative teams and reviewing content against brand guidelines
- Comfortable with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Later, or similar)
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven — you don't miss a post or a comment that needs a response
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without letting standards slip
- Agency background strongly preferred; in-house luxury brand experience also considered
- Experienced working in a remote, async team environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized
