We are a thriving experiential marketing company that lives at the intersection of lifestyle and culture looking to add its next cross-functional leader. In this role, the Senior Project Producer will lead large-scale, consumer-facing brand activations, hospitality programs, sponsorship platforms, festivals, and live event experiences for major national & global brands. Budgets can climb upwards of $3M+ and often feature complex operational scopes. This role serves as a senior strategic and operational lead across client management, internal agency coordination, and live event execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the client’s business landscape, objectives, and challenges, allowing the agency to operate as a trusted strategic partner. They will bring extensive experience in experiential marketing, integrated brand programming, and live event operations, with the ability to confidently guide both high-level strategy and detailed execution.

This role is inherently collaborative and requires strong cross-functional leadership across Account, Creative, and Production teams to deliver best-in-class client experiences and program execution. The Senior Project Producer will continuously identify opportunities to drive strategic and organic account growth while protecting operational efficiencies, project margins, and overall business health for the organization.

This role will report directly to Head of Client Services.

Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day senior agency lead for assigned accounts, developing a deep understanding of the client’s business, objectives, organizational structure, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Operate as an extension of the client’s team, anticipating needs, identifying risks, and proactively presenting solutions before issues arise.
  • Lead multi-agency meetings and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across clients, agency partners, production vendors, venue operators, and internal teams, ensuring all parties remain aligned on strategy, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Own client communications and meeting cadence, providing clear direction, actionable next steps, and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the client’s goals internally while ensuring projects remain operationally feasible, financially sound, and aligned with agency objectives.

Account Growth & Brand Strategy:

  • Guide and counsel leading brands within the CMG portfolio, with the primary focus on growing account business and associated revenue for the agency.
  • Oversee development and delivery of creative ideas that meet client objectives using a wide arsenal of experiential tactics including live events, social media, emerging technology, and strategic partnerships.
  • Work with new business team and strategy teams to respond to RFPs and proactively identify ways to further engage and grow assigned accounts
  • Participate in RFP brainstorms, offering creative ideas and approaches towards client requests and needs
  • Demonstrate confidence and partnership with clients, IAT partners, and internal stakeholders (creative, strategy, etc.) that always exceeds client expectations and continually raises the bar
  • Lead the development of inspired briefs, strategic plans, presentations and/or program documents
  • Write and present strong, insightful and polished presentations and/or program documents and reports to clients
  • Understand and evaluate program success through engagement metrics, operational performance, audience interaction, ROI, and client business objectives

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop weekly and monthly reporting mechanics for tracking growth progress of assigned teams and accounts
  • Establish cross-functional relationships with department counterparts and assist in overseeing the health of cross-department activities, relationships, processes, and workflow

  • Experience leading large scale, consumer-facing activations, festivals, sporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship platforms for major national or global brands
  • Effectively execute and lead individuals and teams in translating initial concepts derived from client briefs or requests into actionable projects
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale experiential marketing programs, live events, sponsorship activations, festivals, and hospitality experiences.
  • Proven experience managing $3M+ budgets and maintaining project financial health, including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated success serving as the senior client lead for major national or global brands, building trusted relationships and guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Account, Creative, Production, Strategy, and external agency partners.
  • Strong operational expertise managing complex event ecosystems including venues, concessionaires, production vendors, staffing agencies, and hospitality partners.
  • Experience mentoring and managing project teams, producers, coordinators, and agency staff.
  • Strong understanding of experiential measurement, event performance metrics, consumer engagement, and program ROI.
  • Ability to lead high-pressure client meetings, presentations, and live event operations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Experience within beverage alcohol, spirits, beer, sports marketing, or sponsorship marketing environments strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours during event periods.
