Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale events, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations and brand standards.
The role involves managing end-to-end event operations, including project timelines, vendor coordination, venue management, production schedules, logistics, and stakeholder communication. The Senior Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams across creative, production, operations, and client servicing departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
Key responsibilities include managing event risks, supervising on-site operations, coordinating exhibitors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards throughout all project phases. The role also requires strong leadership in handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Saudi National.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and executing exhibitions, conferences, and events.
- Proven experience in preparing technical proposals and project/event presentations.
- Ability to manage projects from planning through execution and closure.
- Experience in vendor coordination and event operations management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
