Role Description The Senior Project Manager role at Lipman Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Paying $150,000 yearly, this role oversees end-to-end project delivery across branding, marketing, and content initiatives, ensuring projects are planned, resourced, executed, and completed on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating internal creative and production teams, managing timelines and budgets, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and tracking progress to resolve issues or delays. The Senior Project Manager will also streamline workflows, manage approvals, supervise vendor and partner coordination, and ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables. This position requires hands-on project leadership, proactive problem solving, and clear communication to keep multiple, concurrent projects running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including Project Management and experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Expediting capabilities, including Expeditor and Expediting skills to move projects efficiently through production and approval stages.
- Operations and logistics competencies, including Logistics Management and familiarity with resource planning and vendor coordination.
- Inspection and quality control skills, including Inspection experience to ensure deliverables meet creative, technical, and client standards.
- Proven experience managing creative, marketing, or branding projects, ideally within an agency or studio environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities, with comfort handling multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and make decisions in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software; familiarity with creative production workflows is highly beneficial.
