(Senior) Project Executive, Influencer Marketing (Indonesia) Jobs in Indonesia at The Smart Local (TSL) Media Group

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and task-driven individual who lives and breathes social media to join our regional Project Management team in Indonesia. If you’re passionate about working with influencers across social platforms, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of exciting campaigns spanning Beauty, Food, Lifestyle, Home Appliances, and more.

The successful candidate should also be proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about social media.

Location: Indonesia – Remote/WFH

Employment Type: Freelance; 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

What you will do:

  • Manage and maintain internal databases, ensuring information is accurate, well-structured, and easily accessible, while identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Support end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including sourcing and onboarding suitable creators, managing communications, coordinating timelines, and ensuring deliverables align with campaign objectives.
  • Oversee influencer deliverables by briefing on content requirements, reviewing submissions, and providing feedback to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Handle tasks such as contract coordination, access setup, and scheduling to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Act as the main PIC for allocated campaigns, addressing queries and managing day-to-day communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Track campaign performance by collecting and consolidating data, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders, and developing post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

A successful candidate should have:

  • At least 1 years of experience from either a fast-paced creative, digital or social media agency
  • Passionate about KOLs and social media
  • A social media user and familiar with trends on social
  • Has excellent time and task management skillsets
  • Highly organised and detailed oriented
  • Must be proficient in speaking and conversing in English
