ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Producer at Seeker Agency, you’ll lead the delivery of ambitious brand experiences across a seriously varied mix of work – major activations, launches, conferences, incentives, roadshows, custom builds, immersive experiences and multi-day programs, both locally and internationally.
You’ll own projects end-to-end, from early scoping and budgeting through to supplier management, schedules, fabrication and on-site delivery. Agency life moves quickly here, so you’ll be someone who can confidently manage multiple projects at once, adapt as things evolve, and keep quality high without losing the human side of the process.
You’ll also help support and mentor more junior producers, contribute to pitches and new business, and work closely with creatives, client services and production teams to bring ideas to life.
We’re looking for someone experienced, organised and collaborative, someone who loves live experiences, enjoys the pace and variety of agency life and takes real pride in delivering thoughtful, well-executed work.
A snapshot of the day-to-day
- Lead end-to-end production across conferences, incentives, launches, roadshows, immersive experiences, custom builds and large-scale events, locally and internationally
- Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing budgets, timelines, suppliers, logistics and onsite delivery
- Scope projects from the ground up – building schedules, staffing plans, production approaches and detailed budgets that are realistic and well considered
- Work closely with Creative and Client Services to bring ideas to life in a way that feels ambitious, achievable and well executed
- Lead confidently onsite across bump-in, show days and bump-out, creating a calm and organised experience for clients, crew and the wider team
- Build strong supplier relationships and pull together the right partners for each project, while negotiating fair and sustainable rates
- Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business opportunities across the agency
- Support and mentor junior producers, sharing knowledge and helping lift the team around you
- Keep projects running cleanly behind the scenes too, from systems and documentation through to reconciliations, reporting and debriefs
ABOUT YOU
You’ll bring:
- 10+ years’ experience across a broad mix of events and experiences, with at least 3 years at Senior Producer level
- Strong experience delivering custom builds, large-scale productions and creatively ambitious work
- Solid commercial instincts – confident managing budgets, margins and reconciliation
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and crews alike
- Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail and confidence managing multiple projects and teams at once
- A calm, solutions-focused approach and the ability to keep things moving in a fast-paced agency environment
- A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting junior producers
- Confidence using Monday.com, EventsAir or similar production management platforms
- Flexibility to travel domestically/internationally and work outside standard business hours when needed
