Overview
We are looking for a Senior Producer with strong experience in advertising production and the management of complex projects.
This role will be responsible for leading the entire production process, working closely with creative teams, account teams, clients, and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and content.
The ideal candidate is a production-driven professional with solid experience in managing budgets, vendors, and timelines, capable of turning creative ideas into effective, tangible outputs.
Responsibilities
- Manage advertising productions from concept through to final delivery
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and account teams in campaign development
- Assess the technical and production feasibility of creative ideas
- Develop production budgets, cost estimates, and work plans
- Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production phases
- Liaise with production companies, directors, crews, vendors, and technical partners
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders on production-related matters
- Ensure proper handling of contracts, rights, and deliverables
- Prepare project reports and production wrap-ups
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in advertising production
- Background in creative agencies, production companies, or content studios
- Strong knowledge of film, digital, and content production workflows
- Proven experience managing complex budgets and negotiating with vendors
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English
