About Our Client

Our client is an esteemed, international luxury fashion house with a global footprint. To support their continued growth and brand elevation across the Asia-Pacific region, they are seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager. Based regionally, this role will be pivotal in driving strategic APAC marketing initiatives, harmonizing global brand narratives with localized execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Management: Partner closely with the Commercial Director and Global HQ to architect, execute, and analyze comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns from conception through to post-mortem analysis.
  • Omnichannel Narrative: Define and implement cohesive campaign architectures across creative, media, and client-facing touchpoints, ensuring seamless alignment between brand storytelling and regional business objectives.
  • PR & Media Relations: Oversee regional PR efforts and serve as the primary liaison for local PR agencies and media partners. Ensure timely execution of press initiatives and alignment with global messaging.
  • HQ & Regional Liaison: Act as the strategic bridge between Global Headquarters and local markets/distributors. Provide clear guidance to ensure global messaging is effectively adapted while maintaining strict brand coherence.
  • Digital & Social Strategy: Define and steer the regional social media strategy, optimizing platform relevance, maintaining content consistency, and driving audience engagement across diverse APAC markets.
  • Event Leadership: Mentor and guide local event leads to ensure innovation, flawless execution, and a premium guest experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Deliver comprehensive global campaign recaps by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing ROI, and translating insights into actionable future opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive brand marketing and communications experience within the luxury retail or premium fashion sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing regional (APAC) portfolios, with a deep understanding of local market nuances and distributor management.
  • Results-driven, resourceful, and highly organized with the ability to navigate ambiguity and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English. Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at both local and global HQ levels
