Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic, creative, and execution-focused marketing professional to drive café activations, regional campaigns, launches, and community engagement initiatives. The role requires someone who can blend on-ground execution with data-driven decision-making to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and café footfalls across regions.

The ideal candidate should be agile, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and campaigns in a fast-paced retail/F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaigns & Brand Activations
  • Plan and execute regional and national marketing campaigns for cafés and store formats.
  • Drive café launches, promotional activities, and on-ground activations to improve visibility and customer engagement.
  • Conceptualize and execute community-led events targeting audiences such as Gen Z, bikers, corporate groups, dating communities, and youth cohorts.
  • Create impactful activation ideas to make café launches larger, more engaging, and commercially successful.
  • Coordinate local marketing initiatives including temporary branding boards, highway activations, and regional store branding requirements.

2.Vendor & Agency Management

  • Coordinate with creative and brand teams for artwork, communication, and campaign assets.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution under tight timelines.
  • Handle budget approvals and execution for artworks, branding materials, event setups, and activation requirements.
  • Liaise with media vendors and external partners for campaign execution and visibility initiatives.

3.Brand Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Identify and execute strategic collaborations with brands, influencers, ambassadors, and community platforms.
  • Drive partnerships for events and engagement initiatives with platforms, social communities, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and social media partners to enhance brand presence.

4.Data, ROI & Reporting

  • Track ROI and effectiveness of campaigns, events, activations, and branding initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and footfall impact using data and insights.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and marketing tools to support decision-making.
  • Leverage marketing CRM platforms and advertising tools for campaign optimization and customer engagement tracking.

5.Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, regional teams, café teams, and internal stakeholders to align on launch plans and activation requirements.
  • Support launch kits, marketing collaterals, and execution readiness for new café openings and campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners for successful execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Activations, Retail Marketing, or F&B Marketing.
  • Strong exposure to on-ground activations, events, partnerships, and café/retail marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media, influencer collaborations, and digital engagement platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms, marketing CRM tools, and campaign tracking mechanisms.
  • High energy, creativity, agility, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in QSR, café chains, retail, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
  • Prior experience managing community events, collaborations, and youth-focused campaigns.
  • Exposure to media planning, influencer partnerships, and regional marketing activations will be an advantage.
