The brand is in an active growth phase, with a clear operational infrastructure being built to support consistency, excellence, and efficiency across every location.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to support the activation and coordination of Osaka Nikkei's marketing across four markets. This is an execution-focused role at the center of the brand's international rollout, working closely with senior marketing leadership, general managers, local PR agencies, and the creative team in each market.

You will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution — translating the brand's marketing direction into coordinated, on-the-ground activation across Miami, Madrid, Chicago, and Dubai. You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple markets and time zones simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing strategy & calendar

  • Own and manage the global marketing calendar across all four markets, ensuring campaigns, activations, and PR activity are planned, coordinated, and executed on time.
  • Develop and maintain a cross-market brand framework that drives consistency while allowing for market-specific adaptation.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage marketing opportunities per market and per quarter.

Campaign & activation management

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development: briefing, production, launch, and performance review.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, special events, and opening activations for Chicago and Dubai.
  • Manage the pre-opening countdown plans (90/60/30 days) for new markets, ensuring full readiness on launch day.

PR agency management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between MCK Hospitality and the PR agencies across all markets (currently including Brandelicious, Isabelli, and Bacchus).
  • Set agency briefs, manage deliverables, review coverage, and hold agencies accountable to targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key press, food media, and lifestyle journalists across US, European, and Middle Eastern markets.

Social media & content

  • Oversee the social media strategy per market — Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels — ensuring content quality, tone, and posting cadence are on-brand.
  • Manage or brief in-market content creators and photographers; maintain the audiovisual production pipeline.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt content strategy based on data.

Partnerships, influencer & CRM

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, and local activations in each market.
  • Own the influencer and creator program — outreach, briefing, amplification, and reporting.
  • Work with the operations team to build and manage email and CRM strategy, including guest data, repeat visit tracking, and targeted communications.

Budget & reporting

  • Support budget management across all markets — tracking spend, flagging variances, and providing regular updates to marketing leadership.
  • Maintain a budget tracker that gives clear visibility into spend vs. allocation per market and per channel.
  • Compile and deliver monthly and quarterly marketing reports with clear data, insights, and recommendations for leadership review.

Profile We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, luxury lifestyle, or a similarly brand-driven environment.
  • Proven track record managing marketing across multiple markets or locations simultaneously.
  • Experience managing external agencies — briefing, holding to account, and getting strong results.
  • Familiarity with international markets is a strong advantage, particularly Europe or the Middle East.

  • Data-literate — comfortable interpreting performance data, building reports, and making decisions based on metrics.
  • Clear, confident communicator — equally effective presenting to senior stakeholders as briefing an agency or directing a photographer.
  • Highly self-directed — you don't need to be micromanaged. You take ownership, flag issues early, and drive things forward.
