Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive industry collaboration strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth priorities.
-Identify, engage, and manage relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and external stakeholders.
-Lead negotiations and formalize partnership agreements, including MOUs, joint initiatives, and sponsorships.
-Oversee cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of joint projects.
-Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new collaboration opportunities.
-Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.
-Establish KPIs and evaluate the impact and ROI of partnerships and collaborative programs.
-Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performance, partnership-driven culture.

-Ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and influence senior leadership.
