THE ROLE

We’re looking for a culture-obsessed Manager, Content & Community to join our Content & Community team. You’ll help shape the voice of some of Canada’s biggest regulated brands in lottery and gaming, turning complex rules into thumb-stopping content that’s compliant, engaging, and culturally relevant.

This isn’t just about writing captions and ad copy, it’s about understanding how brands come to life on social, what makes audiences truly engaged, and how to adapt that magic seamlessly on a national level when speaking with French and English consumers.

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Write and adapt content across organic and paid social. Ideally in English and French (but not mandatory for the right person).
  • Partner with strategists, content creators, and designers to bring ideas to life with a strong, consistent brand voice.
  • Ensure all copy is accurate, on-brief, and aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Stay tapped into culture, trends, and platform shifts, and know when a moment is right for the brands you work on.
  • Engage in real-time with the brand’s community both on and off of their brand channels.
  • Bring community and cultural insights from the feeds into your content ideation process.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to balance creativity with compliance.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • 2-4 years of experience in content writing or community engagement, specifically for social media.
  • Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn about) regulated industries like lottery, gaming, or alcohol.
  • Strong attention to detail. You can spot a typo, nuance, or compliance risk a mile away.
  • You know and understand how to craft copy for various paid social formats across channels like Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
  • A love for culture, social media, and storytelling. You’re the person who knows the meme before it hits the group chat.
  • BONUS:
    Native-level fluency in French and English, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and culturally relevant copy in both
