Position: Senior Graphic Designer (Mid–Senior)
We’re looking for a designer who can own projects end-to-end concept, craft, rollout and help elevate the standard of work across the studio. You’ll lead brand and digital projects, guide juniors, and collaborate closely with clients and the wider team.
What you’ll do
- Lead design projects from concept to final delivery
- Build brand identities and digital experiences that work in the real world
- Present and defend design decisions with clarity
- Mentor designers and help set quality standards
What we’re looking for
- Typically 5–10+ years experience (portfolio > years)
- Expert-level Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong digital design instincts (UX/UI familiarity is a bonus)
- A portfolio with excellent branding + digital work
- Leadership mindset: calm, organised, quality-obsessed
What will set you apart
- Experience with AI image generation and/or AI video generation tools in a production workflow
- Motion design and video editing capability (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
