The Role
(This role is strictly for locals only, and is NOT a remote role)
We're looking for a Full-time Senior Graphic Designer who understands that great design is more than aesthetics. You need to understand why something works — the hierarchy, the context, the audience and produce it consistently, fast, and without hand-holding.
This role is hands-on. You will be across multiple client accounts, owning the visual output from brief to final file.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design brand identities, visual systems, and brand guidelines for new and existing clients
- Create static ad creatives for Meta and TikTok campaigns, built to stop the scroll and drive action
- Produce social media content across multiple client accounts and industries
- Design pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing presentations to a high standard
- Develop packaging concepts and product visual direction where required
- Concept and collaborate with the strategy and copy team on campaign ideas
- Maintain visual consistency across all client touchpoints — ads, decks, social, and web
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously without dropping quality
- Deliver print-ready and digital-ready files across the full range of formats
- Contribute to internal brand work and Oblique's own creative output
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of graphic design experience, with agency experience preferred
- A strong portfolio showing range across brand, digital advertising, and content
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Comfortable working in Figma for digital and UI design
- Understanding of what makes a paid ad creative perform, not just look good
- Able to work at speed without sacrificing quality
- Takes creative direction well and gives it back clearly
- Motion graphics experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and the ability to present and defend your work
