Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5–7 years of professional experience to develop engaging visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals, and experience working across both print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality designs for digital and print materials, including social media creatives, brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, banners, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective creative outputs.
- Design and prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and graphics as required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Maintain and organize design files and brand assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
