Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong visual design expertise with strategic thinking. This role goes beyond execution, you will own and evolve our brand identity, lead high-impact creative projects, and ensure design excellence across all customer touchpoints.

You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the development and evolution of brand identity systems, including logos, visual language, and comprehensive brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality brand execution across all channels and markets
  • Translate brand strategy into scalable design frameworks and assets

Creative Direction & Execution

  • Conceptualize and deliver high-quality creative assets for:
  • Digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, banners, landing visuals)
  • Social media (static, carousel, and short-form video content)
  • Email marketing and CRM communications
  • Elevate the visual quality and storytelling of all marketing outputs

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives
  • Provide creative input during campaign planning and ideation stages
  • Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders clearly and confidently

Ownership & Quality Control

  • Maintain high design standards and ensure attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Mentor or guide junior designers (if applicable), providing feedback and direction

Video & Motion (Preferred but Valuable)

  • Create and oversee short-form video content for social platforms
  • Design motion graphics for ads, presentations, and campaigns
  • Edit video content to align with brand and campaign goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding and marketing design
  • Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to brand identity systems
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution across digital channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Working knowledge of motion/video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments (e.g., startups, agencies, fintech, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and user behavior

Please note: This role is onsite and requires daily presence at our office.
