Accountabilities

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual solutions while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across creative projects. This role requires a balance of creative execution, production expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Design and produce high-quality print materials, including multi-page guides, magazine inserts, marketing collateral, and other branded assets while supporting digital, social, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Translate creative direction and strategic objectives into visually engaging designs across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Prepare production-ready print files, ensuring accuracy in bleed, trim, color profiles, resolution, and technical specifications.
  • Review and proof designs to maintain accuracy, quality standards, and brand consistency before final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Senior Art Directors, and Creative Directors to refine concepts and execute visually impactful solutions.
  • Source, edit, and manage photography assets, including image selection, cleanup, and retouching when needed.
  • Support junior designers through feedback, coaching, workflow guidance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of templates, design systems, asset libraries, and production processes.
  • Provide visual support for presentations, proposals, internal initiatives, and business development materials.
  • Use approved AI-assisted design tools to enhance creative exploration, improve efficiency, and optimize workflows while maintaining strong creative judgment.
  • Maintain organized project files, documentation, and asset management practices.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, print technologies, creative tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced creative professional with strong expertise in print design, visual storytelling, and production workflows. They should demonstrate excellent design judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on print, ideally within an agency, marketing, or integrated creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print design, including publications, multi-page layouts, and marketing materials, as well as experience across digital formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with familiarity using modern design tools such as Figma.
  • Strong understanding of print production, prepress processes, file preparation, color management, bleed, trim, and quality assurance standards.
  • Experience working with brand systems, creative workflows, and production standards across print and digital channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to receive feedback and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior designers while contributing to a positive and collaborative creative culture.
