AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Create and manage content for internal communications including newsletters, email campaigns, and intranet updates
• Support employer branding campaigns and social media content creation
• Coordinate employee engagement events and internal recognition programs
• Develop creative materials for HR initiatives (posters, brochures, digital assets)
• Maintain and update company career pages and job portals
• Support the Manager in executing branding strategies and communication plans
• Liaise with vendors for printing, promotional items, and event management
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics for communication initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Graphic Design are an advantage
Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or employer branding
• Experience in the apparel/manufacturing industry is preferred
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
