Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Graphic Designer Jobs in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India at Embassy REIT
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Execution & Brand Consistency
- Conceptualise and execute design assets across digital, print, and outdoor formats including social media creatives, emailers, brochures, reports, presentations, signages, and event collaterals.
- Ensure all design outputs are consistent with Embassy’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet campaign objectives.
2. Layout & Creative Development
- Develop innovative layouts, visual concepts, and design frameworks for marketing campaigns and brand communication.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling creatives with minimal iterations.
- Maintain a high standard of craft across typography, colour, composition, and imagery.
- Manage and organise design assets, templates, and brand files in a structured and accessible manner.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes for various platforms and mediums.
3. Motion Graphics & Video Editing
- Support creation of basic motion graphics, animated creatives, and short-form video edits for digital platforms.
- Assist in post-production of marketing videos, reels, and campaign films as required.
- Use AI to create quick format videos
4. Collaboration & Timelines
- Work effectively under tight timelines without compromising on quality of output.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/printers to ensure seamless execution of creative deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a clear sense of prioritisation and ownership.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team, creative agency
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print design.
- Experience working with marketing teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
