Role Description
This role is focused on production management and execution
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in exhibition fabrication, workshop supervision, technical production, and site operations within the events and exhibition industry.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the full production cycle, leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality execution, and delivering projects on time and according to technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the complete production cycle from fabrication to final installation
• Lead and manage production teams including carpenters, painters, steel workers, electricians, acrylic/signage teams, and site labor
• Monitor workshop operations, productivity, fabrication quality, and deadlines
• Read and interpret CAD/shop drawings and ensure accurate execution on site and in production
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, technical teams, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Manage onsite installation and dismantling activities across multiple projects
• Resolve technical and production-related challenges efficiently under pressure
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality control, and operational workflow
Requirements
Strong knowledge of exhibition fabrication methods, materials, and production processes
• Proven experience leading workshop and onsite production teams
• Ability to read and understand CAD/shop drawings accurately
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Experience in the Saudi market is considered an advantage
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred
