We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer to help us lead and scale ambitious projects bridging creativity, technology, and culture.
Job description
This is not a junior production position.
We are looking for a senior professional capable of taking full ownership of projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring excellence across every stage of the production process.
You will act as the bridge between clients, creatives, artists, technical teams, and studio leadership, turning complex ideas into organized, efficient, and successful productions.
What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end production of projects across AI-generated content, CGI, VFX, editing, motion design, and post-production.
• Coordinate creative, technical, and operational workflows: from briefing, planning, references, and asset management to execution, review cycles, delivery, and final exports.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, feedback rounds, client expectations, and studio priorities while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between clients and production teams, translating creative vision into actionable production strategies.
• Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and ensure projects move forward efficiently and successfully.
Requirements
✓ Proven experience managing complex digital productions.
✓ Strong understanding of AI-driven production, CGI, VFX, post-production, editing, and creative technology workflows.
✓ Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
✓ Ability to balance quality, budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
✓ Comfortable communicating with both clients and highly technical creative teams.
✓ Senior-level autonomy, accountability, and decision-making capabilities.
✓Previous experience in CGI, VFX, post-production, AI-driven production, creative studios or digital agencies is required.
✓ Fluent both in English and Italian.
