As a key member of the Product Design team, you will design engaging trails that lead new customers towards discovering the full potential of Jobber’s platform. You’ll collaborate with various teams to create seamless onboarding experiences powered by AI insights. Your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design comprehensive activation experiences for new users
• Shape discovery of features through thoughtful design
• Partner with teams to utilize AI for user insights
• Utilize data to refine onboarding strategies
• Advocate for quality design standards among peers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in SaaS product design
• Strong ability to connect user needs and business goals
• Skilled in using Figma and collaborative design processes
• Experience with tailored onboarding experiences
• Excellent communicator and team leader
