Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Designer with a strong creative mindset and solid execution skills to lead the visual development of integrated campaigns. This role requires both conceptual thinking and hands-on design ability across multiple platforms, including digital, key visuals, and spatial/event design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Creative, Copywriting, and Account teams to develop compelling creative concepts
- Lead visual direction and ensure consistency across all creative outputs
- Design and execute key visuals, branding materials, and campaign assets across multiple platforms
- Translate ideas into high-quality designs, from concept to final execution
- Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain design quality and team growth
- Work closely with production teams to ensure feasibility and quality of final outputs
- Oversee design production, including print, digital, and event-related materials
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback effectively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency environment
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution skills
- Experience in integrated campaigns (digital, branding, event, or activation) is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Ability to develop and maintain brand identity across multiple touchpoints
- Experience in art direction and leading visual execution
- Basic knowledge of motion design / 3D / video production is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
