About the role
Reporting directly to the Global Creative Director, you'll be a key creative force across the brand. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll design across print and digital, shoot and edit photography and video, and contribute to campaigns, product launches and brand activations. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams and have real influence on how the brand shows up to the world every day.
What you'll be doing
- Design and delivery
- Print and digital assets across social, paid media, email, OOH, events and more. Brief to final output with minimal hand-holding.
- Uphold and elevate the brand's visual identity. Strong typographic and layout instincts. Production-ready work every time.
- Shoot and edit content for campaigns, events and activations. Comfortable on iPhone or camera. Short-form video editing for social and internal use.
- Campaigns and launches
- Creative assets for product launches, campaigns and events. Fast, reactive and high quality without cutting corners.
Who we're looking for
You are a senior designer who has been embedded in a brand and knows what it means to truly own a visual identity. This role is not about art direction or managing others. It is about exceptional execution, strong taste, and the ability to move fast without losing quality.
Essential
- 5+ years in a senior in-house design role for a consumer brand
- A portfolio that shows confident, consistent brand design across digital and print
- Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Photography and video capture and editing experience
- Ability to manage multiple fast-turn projects under pressure
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness or beauty
Highly regarded
- Experience working in-house at a health, wellness, fitness or lifestyle brand
- A portfolio that includes wellness, beauty, biohacking or longevity brand work
- Exposure to eCommerce or DTC brand environments
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
