As a seasoned professional, you will possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and a minimum of five years in feature film crowd management. Your expertise will shine as you provide guidance to junior artists and foster effective communication across production teams. By developing tools and workflows, you will optimize crowd integration to elevate cinematic experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage crowd creative processes and integration with production
• Mentor junior artists in crowd pipeline techniques
• Facilitate communication regarding deadlines and project feedback
• Oversee motion capture sessions for assets and libraries
• Create and enhance tools and workflows for crowd department
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least five years in crowd supervision roles
• Proficient in Houdini and/or Golaem
• Must have knowledge of Maya
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
