Job Summary
- The Earned Marketing team sits at the intersection of communications, traditional marketing, and experiential events. The group is responsible for creating and executing campaigns designed to generate press coverage, social conversation, and audience engagement across the portfolio of products.
- This team thrives on doing things that haven't been done before. Much of their work is first-of-its-kind, highly visible, and requires navigating ambiguity without a clear playbook. They move quickly, operate collaboratively, and are constantly balancing multiple launches and priorities.
- While the title may initially be scoped as a "Project Manager, " the sophistication of the work aligns much more closely with a Senior Creative Project Manager .
- This is not a traditional PM role focused on operational processes or technical delivery. The ideal candidate has deep experience leading integrated marketing initiatives, can confidently quarterback complex campaigns with minimal oversight, and brings calm, structure, and clarity to fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns from creative briefing through execution and launch.
- Own project timelines, workbacks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams spanning:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Experiential/events
- Creative
- Product stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, align stakeholders, and manage approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Ensure projects remain on track despite shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
- Bring organization and process to initiatives that may not have established frameworks.
- Support launches tied to both core news initiatives and various product verticals.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Creative Project Management experience.
- Proven success managing integrated campaigns from concept through execution.
- Strong agency background preferred.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with competing deadlines.
- Comfortable operating independently with minimal direction.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep momentum moving.
