THE ROLE
We are building a team of operators who lead from the front.
As a Senior Creative Producer at Space Between, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-profile work across one of our most important global partners. From campaign development through to retail and spatial rollout, you will own the structure, momentum and execution of the work.
You will work in close partnership with Creative to translate ambition into reality — ensuring ideas are delivered without compromise, and at the level they were intended.
We are not looking for traditional account managers. We are looking for operators who can lead, build and deliver at the level our work demands.
You are not here to coordinate tasks. You are here to own projects, lead teams and drive outcomes.
You operate as the backbone of the project — bringing clarity where there is ambiguity, structure where there is complexity, and momentum where it’s needed most.
WHAT YOU DO
You lead the delivery of multiple projects across campaigns, retail environments and experiential work — owning timelines, budgets, resourcing and overall execution from beginning to end.
You are able to translate creative direction into clear, executable plans, defining phases, milestones and pathways that allow ambitious ideas to move forward without losing momentum.
You act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, leading communication with clarity, confidence and control. You understand how to balance creative ambition with operational feasibility, helping teams and clients navigate complexity without diluting the integrity of the work.
Internally, you bring together creative, production and external partners into one cohesive system — driving momentum across disciplines, removing friction and maintaining visibility across all moving parts. You know how to keep projects aligned while creating calm around pressure and change.
You also oversee production, suppliers and installation where required, ensuring quality control at every stage of execution. From early concept through to final delivery, you are responsible for protecting the standard and making sure the work lands exactly as intended.
This role is not about servicing clients or managing process.
It is about leading work, holding standards and delivering ideas properly. You understand how brands move through culture and are interested in shaping how they exist in both image and space.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years experience leading complex projects across brand, spatial, retail or experiential environments
- You think like a producer — calm under pressure, highly organised and naturally proactive
- You understand the level of detail required to deliver ambitious work properly
- You communicate clearly, build trust quickly and know how to move between clients, creatives and production teams without losing momentum or diluting the work
- You care about standards, details and how ideas land in the real world
