ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Creative at Seeker Agency, you’ll lead the creative thinking, direction and design on some of our most ambitious projects, from first concept through to live delivery.
Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you’ll work across conferences, brand activations, public-facing festivals and bespoke brand events for some seriously good clients. On the ground, you’ll lead the creative at bump-ins and bump-outs and make the calls that keep the work true.
You’ll also lead the team around you, briefing in our Creatives, Coordinators and freelancers, mentoring their craft and quality-controlling what goes out the door. The right person here brings real creative leadership, conceptual and strategic thinking, commercial awareness and a strong point of view.
