We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer with a strong drawing and illustration profile and a sharp eye for trends who can turn ideas into bold and playful campaigns – with a clear Flying Tiger Copenhagen DNA.
You’ll collaborate closely with our design team to develop fresh ideas and ensure our creative output remains consistently strong, relevant, and true to our brand.
As part of our in-house design team in Copenhagen, you’ll create products for stores worldwide in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity meets commercial thinking—and where ideas quickly turn into products on shelves globally.

What you will be doing
- Contribute to setting the visual direction for product campaigns and design projects.
- Collaborate within the design team to shape and evolve campaign concepts from start to finish
- Strong ability to spot and leverage trends, translating insights into commercially driven and impactful campaign concepts.
- Turn brand and commercial strategy and ideas into engaging illustrations and executions.
- Create original illustrations across a variety of styles depending on concept and target groups
- Push and evolve our visual direction so it stays fresh, inspiring, and true to our brand
- Work closely with product teams to ensure a strong visual connection between campaigns and products
- Bring concepts to final files with a high level of craft and attention to detail
- Work closely with Creative Designers, Buying teams, and Creative Lead to bring projects to the finish line smoothly.
- Present ideas and designs throughout the creative process.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and curious creative culture.
What you bring
- A strong background in graphic design and a portfolio that shows both concept and strong illustration skills
- Strong ability to translate creativity into commercially driven design solutions.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Confidence in the design process — from first sketch to final artwork.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
- Experience from design projects from a FMCG or retail company is an advantage.
- Clear and confident communication in English.
- Comfort presenting your work and explaining your thinking.
