Requirements/Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other leading design tools.
- Strong command of AI creative platforms including Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and other AI tools for image generation, enhancement, and creative production.
- Proficient in AI-powered video creation and editing tools.
- Strong understanding of design aesthetics, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling across digital and print media.
- Good understanding of interior design, architecture, and spatial aesthetics to create design-led visual experiences.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar visualization software is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail, trend awareness and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Opportunity to work on unique, design-led real estate concepts, shaping everything from brand identity and marketing campaigns to immersive customer experiences.
- Ability to guide marketing and creative agencies to deliver aesthetically refined and business-oriented creative output.
