Senior Creative Strategist – Copy (Schbang | Bengaluru | On-site)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter / Creative Strategist who can lead digital-first thinking, craft strong campaign narratives, and drive high-impact creative across platforms. This role demands someone who can own ideas end-to-end—from insight to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization of integrated, digital-first campaigns
- Develop big campaign ideas, storytelling frameworks, and creative directions
- Write high-quality copy across social, digital, films (TVCs/DVCs), and branded content
- Script and supervise ad films, reels, and short-form video content
- Translate consumer insights, trends, and cultural moments into compelling ideas
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, design, video, and account teams
- Present and pitch ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to raising overall creative quality
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an advertising/digital agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and digital-first work
- Experience across Food & Beverage, FMCG, Beauty, and Fashion brands
- Proven ability to lead ideas, not just execute copy
- Strong understanding of content ecosystems—social, reels, films, and digital campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
