Can you wear all the editorial hats – writer, editor, proofreader – while also juggling UX principles, user needs & outcomes, research findings, stakeholder input, bug fixes, and tight release schedules?
We’re looking for a Sr. UX Content Designer to help us design, build, and launch exciting new software solutions that are revolutionizing the way people work. Increasingly, that means crafting experiences powered by AI, large language models (LLMs), and assistive agents. You’ll partner with product designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and others to bring clear, human-centered language to both traditional and AI-powered product experiences.
From designing conversational flows and system prompts to ensuring every interaction feels natural and intuitive, you’ll help make complex technology accessible and trustworthy. This is not a marketing, social media, or tech writing gig – it’s 100% content design, UX writing, and product content strategy. Your Day to Day
As a Sr. Content Designer, you would be working on:
- Design content for UI elements, conversational flows, system prompts, and other bits and pieces of the GoTo product experience
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, phrasing, vocabulary, and general writing style across the content experience
- Collaborate across disciplines to clarify outcomes, refine prototypes, resolve bugs, and ship product updates
- Contribute to writing guidelines and design systems
- Design clear, human-centered language for AI experiences using conversational AI principles
- Prototype and iterate quickly to bring human-centered products and experiences to life
- Advance a strong editorial point of view, supported by your expertise, industry trends, design rationale, and user research data
What We’re Looking For
As a Sr. Content Designer, your background will look like:
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- 3-5+ years of experience writing people-focused copy for mobile, web, or desktop software products
- Portfolio of content design and UX writing examples demonstrating your command of the craft
- Experience writing and working in an agile product development environment
- Comfortable explaining writing decisions and articulating UX writing principles for non-writers
- Experience testing, refining, and validating content with users ​
- Familiarity with AI, prompt engineering, or LLM-based systems as well as conversational AI product development

Working language for positions in Quebec
Knowledge of French is required for permanent positions in Quebec, to enable the incumbent to communicate as needed with colleagues, partners and suppliers in Quebec. French-language courses are offered to any incumbent of a permanent position in Quebec who does not have a good knowledge of French.

Fluency in English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, customers and partners (or suppliers) who are mostly located outside Quebec. For positions in research and development, it is also necessary to understand the technical and scientific documentation of our industry, most of which is available in English.
