Job Description:
The Bank is seeking a creative and versatile Content Creator The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content across multiple platforms, managing the social content calendar, and contributing to the growth of our brand’s online presence. This role requires a passion for storytelling, strong technical skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving social media trends.
Produce original, in-house video and static content for our social media channels. Create content for both feed and stories, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
Innovate with new formats and series ideas to drive engagement and reach.
Analyze engagement metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.
In partnership with the Senior Manager Social & Creator Strategy, plan, organize, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for all social platforms.
Coordinate and collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and publication of content.
Monitor social trends and adjust calendar to maximize relevance and impact.
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos and images tailored for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
Stay current with platform-specific trends to produce breakthrough and shareable content.
Design compelling graphics for posts, stories, and campaigns using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Ensure all visuals are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Write engaging captions, headlines, and social copy for content.
Adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and audiences.
Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and storytelling.
4-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
Proven experience creating content for social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Reddit).
Strong skills in short-form video creation, graphic design, and copywriting.
Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to content ideation and execution.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and platform changes.
Must Have Requirement:
• 2-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating content for social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Reddit).
• Proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
