- 4+ years in conceptual, experiential or retail environment design
- Must have knowledge of a 3D program / Concept Tool (Blender, Substance, Dimension, Sketch Up, Cinema4D or similar)
- Have background working for an agency advantageous
- Have experience working on events / centre courts / activations / expos is advantageous
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Improve pitch decks with smarter concepts and stronger visual storytelling
- Bring in revenue through winning pitches
- Become the creative trend setter for the business
- Lead concept development for most big campaigns
- Unlock revenue through strong winning concepts
- Establish a clean flow:
