About the Company
One of Japan’s Leading Fintech Companies is hiring for their core business, SaaS Platform that streamlines Back-Office Operations, including Accounting, HR, and Legal affairs.
As Senior Communications Designer, you would become a core member of their HR domain design team during a crucial time of product growth, in order to ensure Emotionally Engaging Designs at various user touch-points, improving user experience and communicating value to B2B customers.
What would you be doing?
• Lead the planning, design, and evaluation of branding and promotional initiatives.
• Create a wide range of assets (web pages, campaigns, events, sales materials, ads, etc.).
• Design and execute online/offline experiences including events and exhibitions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to maximize business impact.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
Early Phase (first 3–6 months):
You would focus on hands-on design work while building a deep understanding of the product and users.

What experience are we looking for?
• 3+ Years Experience in Communication / Brand Experience Design.
• Comfortable designing both Digital and Print Media, with a portfolio that communicates your knowledge and experience.
• Ability to connect design decisions to Business / Marketing Strategy.
• Fluent-level Japanese and Business-level English for cross-functional communication (written and spoken).
