Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to lead and manage imported fashion and lifestyle brands in Thailand. This role is responsible for developing brand strategies, driving marketing initiatives, supporting sales growth, and coordinating closely with overseas principals and internal teams to strengthen brand presence and business performance in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Lead and manage imported fashion and lifestyle brands in alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with overseas principals/brand owners regarding marketing plans, product direction, and brand development strategies.
  • Ensure brand identity and positioning are consistently maintained across all channels and activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities and strengthen brand competitiveness.

Marketing & Communication

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and drive sales performance.
  • Plan and manage brand campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, events, and collaborations.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and related teams to develop communication direction and content strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and media plans effectively to maximize ROI and campaign performance.

Sales & Business Planning

  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to develop annual sales plans and business strategies for each brand.
  • Analyze sales performance, product trends, and market opportunities to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Support merchandising and promotional planning aligned with seasonal and business objectives.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all activities are delivered effectively and on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience in imported brands, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer products industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to coordinate with international stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international or premium brands
  • Knowledge of retail and e-commerce business operations
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends
