We're looking for a phenomenal Senior Brand Manager to help shape the next chapter of our growth. As a fast-growing company that's also a category leader, we're expanding our product portfolio, reaching new audiences, and creating new opportunities to serve women through every stage of life. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and strong cross-functional leadership.

What You'll Do

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, customer loyalty, and long-term business growth
  • Translate category and consumer insights into meaningful positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that differentiate our products in the market
  • Identify emerging customer trends, market opportunities, and competitive shifts to help guide business decisions
  • Partner closely with leadership to align brand initiatives with company goals and growth objectives

Product Launches & Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Own the go-to-market process for new product launches, partnering with Product Development, Creative, Growth, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience teams
  • Develop launch strategies, messaging frameworks, campaign plans, and timelines that ensure successful execution
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability throughout the launch process
  • Ensure products are positioned effectively across all customer touchpoints

Campaigns & Customer Engagement

  • Lead integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, email, retail and other key channels
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop compelling campaign concepts and content that resonate with our audience
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all channels
  • Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize future initiatives

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic leader within the marketing team, helping elevate brand thinking and execution
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization to drive alignment and execution

Process & Performance

  • Design and improve marketing workflows, project management systems, and launch processes to increase team effectiveness
  • Track and report on key marketing and business metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and executional excellence
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to both brand-building and operational processes

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
  • Experience leading successful omni-channel campaigns and product launches that delivered measurable business results
  • Experience in CPG, health and wellness, e-commerce, or retail brands strongly preferred
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect brand initiatives to business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights, positioning, messaging, and brand development
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration
  • AI-fluent and curious about how emerging technologies can improve marketing effectiveness and team efficiency
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
