We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented professional to join our Customer value management team a.k.a. Marketing team based in the Head Office – Sofia at the position of Senior Brand Guardian, maternity cover.
What you will do HERE & NOW in short:
- Generate ideas to develop the brand and the respective product lines
- Create and execute campaigns – digital, direct marketing, internal, etc.
- Execute different marketing activities
What you will do HERE & NOW in details:
You will be part of a cross-functional marketing team and will learn and share experience in in all aspects of marketing communication, meaning you will be:
- Executing the communication plan to best position the brand and the product portfolio within the target audience;
- Developing cross-channel marketing campaigns – digital, direct marketing, etc.
- Preparing specific brandings in the Bank’s offices – ad hoc branding or such outside the standard guidelines usually applied. For example, for pilot projects, tests concepts, local specific communications, etc.
- Preparing basic print materials used in offices or client premises for client or support communication and facilitate the sales process
- Partner with all related departments and subsidiaries to commercialize new products and execute key marketing initiatives;
- Managing relationships with creative and media agencies and the internal creative team – from briefing, brainstorming and validating the ideas, to executing the campaign;
- Benchmarking market trends, communication environment and competitors’ activities;
- Reporting, evaluating and proposing improvements in all aspects of marketing
- Making all brand managers feel like one big happy brand family by facilitating brand meetings, knowledge sharing, best practices and current campaigns exchange, etc.
What we require from you:
- At least 5 years experience in communications area (marketing department, communication agency)
- Experience with online and offline communication, including print materials
- Excellent command of English;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
