Senior Designer
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5 to 8 years of design experience, ideally in-house at a consumer, wellness, or DTC brand.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and conceptual range.
- Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for ecommerce environments, with familiarity navigating Shopify and Amazon constraints.
- Ability to lead projects with ambiguous briefs and tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to rationalize design choices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supplements, beauty, food & beverage, or another regulated consumer category.
- Experience with packaging design or print production.
- Working knowledge of motion principles and basic After Effects.
- Experience contributing to or stewarding a design system at scale.
