Fast-growing tech startup based in downtown Chicago looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape and evolve our visual identity as we scale. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and loves building brands from the inside out. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and evolution of the company’s brand identity
- Design high-impact creative across digital, product, marketing, and experiential touchpoints
- Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, growth, and leadership
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency as the company scales
- Move quickly from concept to execution, balancing strategy with craft
- Stay ahead of design trends while keeping work grounded in business goals
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and real-world applications
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (startup or high-growth teams a plus)
- Expert knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Strong conceptual thinking with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects
- Clear communicator who’s comfortable collaborating in person
