Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Art Director who brings a strong creative vision and the ability to shape meaningful visual experiences across brands and platforms. This role is focused on elevating creative thinking, defining visual direction, and transforming strategic ideas into powerful, engaging storytelling.
You will be responsible for setting the creative standard, guiding visual execution, and ensuring all outputs reflect a high level of craft, clarity, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop distinctive visual directions that strengthen brand identity across campaigns and platforms.
- Lead the conceptual phase of projects, turning strategic insights into strong creative ideas and visual narratives.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in all visual outputs across digital and print channels.
- Guide and mentor designers, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams to build cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, visually compelling solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the quality of all creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape innovative campaign ideas from early stages.
- Support client presentations by articulating creative concepts and visual thinking with confidence.
- Stay actively engaged with design trends, cultural shifts, and emerging creative tools to enhance output quality.
- Ensure all designs are adapted effectively across multiple formats and communication channels.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master Or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 6–9 years of experience in art direction, senior design, or creative leadership roles.
- Creative Strength: Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding, and campaign development.
- Leadership Ability: Proven experience in guiding creative teams and elevating design quality.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools.
- Communication: Strong ability to present ideas and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards.
