Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Senior Amazon Marketplace Specialist with strong experience in Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central / FBA). This role is focused on executing day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Amazon business across 1P and 3P channels

Optimize product listings, A+ content, SEO, and conversion performance

Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns

Support inventory planning, forecasting, and fulfillment coordination

Assist with additional platforms including Wayfair, Walmart, Target, and TikTok Shop

Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, logistics, and product
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in U.S. e-commerce

Proven hands-on experience with Amazon 1P and 3P operations

Experience with Wayfair, Walmart, Target, or TikTok Shop is a plus

Bilingual in Chinese and English (required)

Detail-oriented with a proactive, execution-focused mindset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in furniture or home category preferred
