School Marketing Support Director Jobs in Miami, FL at KLASCHOOLS
Please note: Our preference is for this role to be based in Miami at KLA Headquarters, but we will consider candidates based in Florida, Texas, or Georgia for possible remote options.
Company Description
At KLA Schools, we offer families far more than a school; it is an experience that shapes how children see themselves, their world, and their love of learning.
We believe in the beauty of childhood, the power of curiosity, and the idea that every child is full of wonder, capable of deep thinking, and deserving of an environment that inspires them. Our schools are thoughtfully designed and inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where the environment is the third teacher, relationships matter deeply, and every detail is intentional.
Bringing this experience to life for families requires more than traditional marketing; it requires connection, storytelling, and a deep understanding of what makes each school unique.
We're seeking a collaborative, strategic, hands-on School Marketing Support Director who wants to do more than manage campaigns. We are looking for someone who wants to help our schools grow, thrive, and connect meaningfully with the communities they serve.
In this role, you will partner closely with school leaders to support local marketing efforts, strengthen community relationships, and guide enrollment growth. You will serve as both a strategist and a coach to translate brand into action, build confidence within our school teams, and ensure that the KLA experience is felt from the very first interaction a family has with us.
The School Marketing Support Director works with the schools and the corporate team to achieve these goals:

• Strengthening school-level execution of marketing and community engagement efforts
• Building trust and alignment between corporate marketing and school teams
