Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Min. 1 year of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance industry.
- Strong passion and knowledge of perfume trends, consumer behavior, and branding.
- Able to manage multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics aligned with fragrance branding.
Responsibilities:
- Support brand strategy and annual marketing plan for the category.
- Manage product launches, from concept to market execution.
- Execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, offline, retail).
- Develop POSM, promotional tools, and in-store activations with trade team.
- Work with agencies and internal creative teams on branding materials.
- Track and analyze campaign performance; prepare reports.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and product teams for smooth execution.
