We are seeking a self-driven Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales efforts, helping deliver outstanding results, and driving key marketing initiatives. Duties

  • Create Quotes, Process Orders, Track Deliveries, and ensure every client walks away happy.
  • Guide customers through our office supply and furniture collections, providing recommendations that will best suite their needs.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email marketing, and keep our showroom liking sharp and marketable.

Requirements

  • Customer Service or Sales Support experience a must.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency Windows, Outlook and Microsoft Products. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging messages tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with advertising sales materials and product management tasks.
