Bored George is a New Zealand-designed eyewear brand based in Auckland. We create premium sunglasses and accessories – but that's only half of what we do.

We're looking for a Content & Brand Coordinator to own one of Bored George's most important growth channels – organic social, content, and creator partnerships.
You'll report directly to Georgia and lead our content engine end-to-end, creating short-form video, managing creator relationships, and keeping everything looking and feeling unmistakably Bored George across social.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll help shape the strategy, run execution, and continuously improve results. Part-time or contractor, open for discussion.
What you'll own:
Content Creation
- TikTok and Instagram Reels — ideation, filming, editing and posting (working with Georgia)
- Meta ad creative — producing content that converts
- Content planning — maintaining a calendar and staying ahead of trends
Creator & Influencer Management
- Manage Bored George's creator, influencer, and customer content programme
- Build and scale partnerships across seeded, gifted, paid, and long-term collaborations
- Build strong, lasting relationships with creators and content partners
Brand
- Ensure Bored George looks and feels cohesive across socials.
- Act as the brand guardian, flagging and fixing anything that looks or feels off-brand
What we're looking for:
- Someone who lives on TikTok and Reels and genuinely understands what performs
- Experience with editing programmes
- Happy to be a face in front of the camera
- A strong visual eye — you notice when things look off and you fix it
- Self-directed — you can run with a brief
- Graphic design or Canva skills
- Based in Auckland, available to work in-person 8–12 hours per week in the BG HQ in East Tamaki
- A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce
Nice to have:
- Experience managing creators or influencer partnerships end-to-end
- Experience developing paid social creative that drives performance
- An existing portfolio, content you're proud of, or established creator relationships
