We have been exclusively retained to lead this search on behalf of our client, a globally recognised luxury fashion house with a distinguished couture presence at Paris Fashion Week and a growing retail footprint across international markets.
The Role
A senior, strategic hire responsible for owning all retail operations across both the couture and bridge-to-luxury lines. Sitting at the intersection of creative vision and commercial execution, this person will shape how the house presents itself through physical retail — from flagship environments and seasonal pop-ups to new store openings and day-to-day operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of all retail activations in Paris and internationally, including store openings, pop-ups, and trunk shows
- Lead new store openings from concept through to launch, managing fixtures, fit-out partners, timelines, and budgets
- Build and own the staffing model across all locations, supporting hiring, onboarding, and a service culture befitting a luxury maison
- Oversee stock management, allocation, and logistics in partnership with warehouse and production teams
- Design and embed operational SOPs and ensure full compliance with French regulatory standards
- Own international retail revenue targets, developing market-specific commercial strategies and reporting on performance to senior leadership
- Build and manage a structured stylist and HNI client outreach programme to drive referrals, private appointments, and long-term brand loyalty
Profile
- Minimum 7 years in senior retail operations within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle
- Proven track record across multi-site operations, complex store openings, and luxury activations
- Highly commercial, with fluency in retail KPIs, P&L ownership, and international revenue reporting
- An established network of personal stylists and luxury client advisors — particularly across Paris, London, the Middle East, or Asia
- Fluency in French and English strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel as required
