Elevate is currently hiring a Retail Marketing & Sales Associate in Elmhurst, IL. This is a full-time, W-2 position working inside retail partner locations, focused on customer engagement, brand promotion, and direct sales across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Work inside retail locations in Elmhurst, IL promoting products and services
- Engage with customers through face-to-face marketing and sales interactions
- Provide product knowledge, service options, and current promotions
- Assist customers with service enrollment, account setup, and purchasing decisions
- Learn and apply sales strategies, marketing techniques, and customer acquisition skills
- Represent multiple client campaigns across industries (telecommunications, home services, consumer products)
- Meet daily and weekly performance and sales goals
- Maintain a professional appearance and organized retail environment
- Collaborate with team members and leadership on campaign execution
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Must be available for retail hours, including weekends
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail sales environment
- Reliable transportation to work in Aventura, FL
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 employment (not 1099 or contract work)
- Weekly base pay ($500–$800) + uncapped commissions
