ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Retail Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. Reporting into Senior Graphic Designer , you will play a key role in bringing the Fable & Mane brand to life across all retail and in-store touchpoints globally and will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful retail collateral across a variety of formats, from in-store POS and window displays to event materials, campaign assets, and retail visual merchandising.
WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER:
These will include but not limited to,
Retail Design
- Design and deliver premium retail and print creative across POS, signage, window displays, visual merchandising elements, posters, brochures, packaging support assets, and experiential retail touchpoints.
- Create visually compelling retail assets that bring the Fable & Mane brand to life across global retail environments and customer experiences.
- Adapt and resize creative across multiple formats, retailers, and international markets while maintaining consistency and quality.
Print Production
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork files across multiple formats and specifications.
- Ensure all artwork is delivered to a high production standard with strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Liaise with external printers and production partners where required.
Brand Consistency
- Maintain consistency across all retail touchpoints in line with Fable & Mane brand guidelines.
- Support the continued elevation of the brand’s retail visual identity through thoughtful and contemporary design solutions.
Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to support product launches, retailer activations, campaigns, and events.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure creative aligns with brand and commercial objectives.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritise workloads effectively and communicate timelines clearly with stakeholders.
Trend Awareness
- Stay informed on beauty, wellness, retail, and design trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the brand.
- Monitor competitor activity and evolving retail experiences within the premium beauty space.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Proficiency in Figma & Canva is a plus.
- Proven experience in premium and contemporary creative work across retail and brand touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of print production and artwork preparation across multiple formats and specifications.
- Exposure to 3D rendering or spatial visualisation tools such as SketchUp or Blender is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams while also being able to manage projects independently and work autonomously.
- Experience within beauty, fashion and wellness spaces is a must.
